Please wear something comfortable, that is easy to move around in. You may also be asked to remove some clothing in order to be able to assess an area effectively.

No, a GP referral in not required if you are booking a private physio appointment.

Yes, we have experience in assessing and treating both adult and children musculoskeletal conditions. If you require further information in regards to adult physiotherapy, please call the clinic.

Yes, you are able to park in the Aldi car park across the road from the clinic. It is free to park for 1.5 hours.

This can often be determined after your initial assessment. Depending on severity of symptoms and how long the problem has been persisting, will determine how many sessions are needed.
Standardly 3-6 sessions are required, but if symptoms are mild and advice and self management can suffice, then 1-2 session would be adequate.
